Over 95% of all photos we receive need corrections to meet the U.S. Government's requirements. Photos that are not taken correctly result in an entry being automatically disqualified. Also, if the digital resolutions are not exactly correct, the U.S. Government's official entry web site will not even accept your photos.
Expy Multimedia accepts your entry data every day of the year, reviews your digital photos, and makes digital size corrections to your digital photos, as needed.
After receiving the service fee, we
review your digital photos and make digital size corrections as needed.
Remember...over 95% of all photos we receive need corrections to meet the U.S.

If your photos are not correct,
we either adjust the digital resolutions to meet the exact requirements or we
request new photos from you...which we then review and adjust if necessary.
Send us your photo using the guidelines
below
1. Send us a half length photo of
the subject (see left)
2. Leave plenty of
space above the head
3. Stand about two
metres away from the person
4. Select the highest
quality setting on your camera
5. If your camera has
a backlight compensation button try using it
6. If your camera has
a portrait setting you should select it
7. If you wear glasses
our advice is to remove them
8. Ensure you have
selected the white background colour
9. If the U.S.
Government rejects your digital photos, you may email them to us at info@expymultimedia.com,
along with confirmation of how you are sending the ₦1,500 ($5) service fee for EACH digital photo you email
to us for size correction. Be sure you email the photos as
"attachments" to your message.
10. After receiving our service fee, we review
the digital photos you email to us, and we let you know what corrections are
needed.
11. We then email your corrected digital
photos back to you. It is your responsibility to make sure
that your email service provider allows you to receive digital photos as
attachments to messages in your inbox. We can only return corrected digital
photos as attachments to a reply to your original message.
12. You then go to the U.S. Government's
official entry site at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ (available after October
2, 2019) and submit your entry and corrected digital photos. After you submit
your official entry, the U.S. Government immediately emails confirmation of
receipt of your entry directly to you. You can then use their information to
track your entry.
If
you have followed our advice and not
used flash and taken the picture outside you should end up with a photo
completely FREE OF SHADOWS.
We

Our fee to review and correct the
digital size of your digital photo is ₦1,500 ($5)
for each
digital photo corrected. The fee for each Child is ₦1,000 ($3) each.
Examples:
- Total fee for 1 photo to be reviewed and the digital size corrected to meet the requirements = ₦1,500 ($5).
- Total fee for 2 photos to be reviewed and the digital size corrected to meet the requirements for a husband and wife = ₦3,000 ($10).
- Total fee for 3 photos to be reviewed and the digital size corrected to meet the requirements for a husband, wife and one child = ₦4,000 ($13).
- Add ₦1,000 ($3) for each additional family photo. For example, if a total of 4 photos need to be reviewed and the digital size corrected to meet the requirements for a husband, wife and 3 children, the total service fee is then ₦5,000 ($19).

There is no charge by the U.S.
Government for entering the Green Card Lottery. Our fee is for services
rendered.
