Requirement for MAPOLY ND registration

(1) WAEC/NECO/GCE result (statement of result from any Exam body you presented) 

(2) JAMB slip and result (full time Students) 

(3) Acceptance fee payment receipt. It is mandatory you make photocopies of all d documents and every form document (receipt) you receive in MAPOLY. 

You will only submit photocopy except in some cases.

You are hereby advised to bring along at least 15 passport photographs 

You are advice to get these documents ready for the second phase of the registration if you don’t have them now:

1.      Birth Certificate

2.      O level statement result (from your secondary school)

3.      Other documents like Oath Form, Admission Letter from the School portal.
