BRIEF ON THE GATEWAY (ICT) POLYTECHNIC, SAAPADE ESTABLISHMENT

The Gateway (ICT) Polytechnic, Saapade was formally commissioned by His Excellency, Governor of Ogun State on 22nd June, 2006. Its establishment followed the due process of legislation by the Ogun State House of Assembly which culminated in the assent by the State Governor to its Enabling Law – the Gateway Polytechnic Enabling Law H. B.30/OG/2005 in early 2006.

THE GATEWAY POLYTECHNIC, SAAPADE is an Ogun State - owned ICT Polytechnic located in a very strategic location sorrounded by three beautiful, conducive and serene communities known as Isara, Ipara and Ode-Remo in the Remo North Local Government Area.

GAPOSA as it is popularly known is an NBTE accredited higher institution of learning offering a variety of courses in the field of Science, Engineering and Management.

the courses that are offered in this category are Science Laboratory Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics Statistics, Computer Engineering, Accountancy and Business Administration.

GAPOSA is blessed with a well-equipped modern library with current textbooks covering every subjects of human interest in science, engineering, psychology, management, personal development etc for the use of both the staff and student population.
