There are two options here;

1.      You can come to our office and call the number below. We will charge you 8,500 Naira for the form and registration. We will also print your application details and photo card.

 

2.      Through whatsapp for candidates in far distance/other states.Whatsapp us on 08080085555 so we can help you get the form; When we have completed the registration, we will send your two print outs to your email address or whatsapp number.

Candidates are hereby informed that submission of the applications for the screening on the Polytechnic’s website will close on Friday, 00th October, 2022.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE
Candidates are required to bring the following documents to the screening exercise venue:
1. Original & Photocopy of the UTME notification of result slip
2. Original and Photocopy of MAPOLY’s screening on-line registration form.
3. Original and Photocopies of O’level result(s)
G. RESULTS OF SCREENING EXERCISE
Results of the screening exercise will be known to the candidates on the Polytechnic’s website.
